Welcome to Bloomor.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bloomor.in, including purchases, deliveries, personalised products, customer-support services and other services offered through the website.

Bloomor is a brand operated by BONZER STAFFING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U74999DL2018PTC336085, with its registered office in New Delhi, India. Bloomor currently provides its customer-facing gifting and delivery services within India.

By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and any additional terms displayed in connection with a particular product or service.

1. About Bloomor

Bloomor is an online gifting platform offering products and services that may include:

Flowers and bouquets
Cakes
Personalised gifts
Chocolates
Plants
Gift hampers
Balloons
Gift combinations
Occasion-based gifts
Event-related gifting and services
Add-ons and greeting messages

Products may be supplied, prepared or fulfilled directly by Bloomor or through authorised sellers, florists, bakeries, vendors, fulfilment partners and delivery partners.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

You should be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place orders independently through Bloomor.

If you are under 18 years of age, you should use the website only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when using the website or placing an order.

3. Customer Account

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials
Protecting OTPs and verification codes
Restricting unauthorised access to your account
Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which applicable law provides otherwise.

Bloomor may restrict or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, security risk or violation of these Terms.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and other information displayed on Bloomor are accurate.

However, there may occasionally be:

Typographical errors
Pricing errors
Image differences
Colour variations
Incorrect availability information
Technical errors
Seasonal variations

For handmade, floral, food and personalised products, minor differences from website photographs may occur.

5. Flowers and Natural Products

Flowers and plants are natural products and may vary in:

Colour
Size
Shape
Bloom stage
Stem length
Seasonal availability

Product photographs are generally illustrative of the intended design and overall appearance.

Exact replication of a floral arrangement cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Product Substitution

Flowers, foliage, wrapping material, decorative accessories, chocolates, cakes, containers or other components may occasionally become unavailable.

Where reasonably necessary, Bloomor or an authorised fulfilment partner may substitute an unavailable component with a reasonably comparable item while seeking to maintain the overall appearance, theme and value of the selected product.

Where a proposed substitution would materially change the nature or value of an order, we may attempt to contact the customer where reasonably practicable.

7. Cake Orders

Cake appearance, decoration and colour may vary slightly from website images because cakes may be individually prepared.

Decorative elements shown in photographs may be illustrative and subject to availability.

Customers must carefully review any product information relating to:

Flavour
Weight
Egg or eggless selection
Ingredients
Allergens
Custom messages

If you or the recipient has a serious allergy or dietary requirement, please contact customer support before placing the order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly stated for the relevant product.

8. Personalised Products

Personalised products may include photographs, names, dates, messages, artwork or other customer-provided content.

You are responsible for ensuring:

Information submitted is correct;
Photographs are of suitable quality;
Spellings are accurate;
You have permission to use submitted content; and
Submitted material does not infringe another person's rights.

Once production of a personalised product has begun, modification, cancellation, return or refund may not be possible except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged or materially different from the confirmed order.

9. Prohibited Personalisation Content

You must not submit content that:

Is unlawful
Infringes intellectual-property rights
Violates another person's privacy
Contains fraudulent or misleading information
Is intended to harass or threaten another person
Is otherwise prohibited by applicable law

Bloomor may refuse to produce a personalised item containing prohibited material.

10. Placing an Order

To place an order, you may be required to provide:

Customer details
Recipient details
Delivery address
Recipient contact number
Product selection
Delivery date or time
Personalisation information
Gift message
Payment information

You are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing payment.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

11. Order Acceptance

An order is generally considered accepted after:

Payment has been successfully processed or authorised where applicable;
The order has passed any necessary verification; and
Bloomor confirms acceptance or begins fulfilment.

Bloomor may contact you if further verification or information is required.

12. Right to Decline or Cancel an Order

Bloomor may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary due to circumstances such as:

Product unavailability
Service-area restrictions
Incorrect pricing
Technical errors
Payment failure
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Incorrect customer information
Incomplete delivery information
Legal or regulatory restrictions
Events beyond reasonable control

If Bloomor cancels a prepaid order without an equivalent replacement accepted by you, an applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy and payment-provider timelines.

13. Pricing

Product prices displayed on the website are generally applicable at the time an order is placed unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without prior notice for future orders.

A change in product price after an order has already been validly confirmed will not ordinarily affect that confirmed order, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error and applicable law permits correction.

14. Taxes

Prices and invoices will reflect applicable taxes as required under Indian law.

Any tax treatment may depend on the product, service, seller and applicable statutory requirements.

15. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on:

Delivery location
PIN code
Product
Delivery speed
Delivery date
Selected time slot
Special occasion
Distance
Delivery partner availability

Any applicable delivery charge should be displayed before final checkout wherever technically available.

16. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payment may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways or financial institutions.

An order may remain unconfirmed until successful payment or payment authorisation is received.

Bloomor does not recommend sharing passwords, card PINs or OTPs with any person.

17. Failed or Pending Payments

If an amount is deducted but an order is not successfully confirmed, please contact customer support and provide the relevant payment reference.

Refund or reversal timing for failed transactions may depend on:

Payment gateway
Bank
UPI provider
Card issuer
Payment network

Bloomor will provide reasonable assistance in tracing the transaction.

18. Promotions, Coupons and Discount Codes

Promotional codes may be subject to additional conditions including:

Minimum order value
Eligible products
Eligible users
Validity dates
Maximum discount
Location restrictions
Usage limits

Unless expressly stated otherwise, multiple promotional codes cannot necessarily be combined.

Bloomor may reject promotional use involving fraud, manipulation or misuse.

19. Gift Cards, Wallets or Credits

If Bloomor introduces gift cards, store credits, wallets or loyalty benefits, additional conditions displayed with those services will apply.

Such balances generally cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law or specifically stated otherwise.

20. Delivery Availability

Bloomor currently provides delivery services within India.

Availability depends on:

Product
City
PIN code
Vendor availability
Delivery-partner availability
Date and time
Operational conditions

The website currently advertises same-day delivery availability in India, but availability may vary by product and location.

21. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available only for qualifying products, locations and orders placed within applicable cut-off times.

Same-day availability does not mean every product can be delivered to every location on the same day.

The available option displayed during checkout should be treated as the applicable delivery option for that order.

22. Express or 60-Minute Delivery

Where Bloomor offers express or “60 Minutes” delivery, the service is subject to:

Eligible locations
Eligible products
Product readiness
Delivery-partner availability
Order verification
Traffic
Weather
Local restrictions

Any quoted delivery duration generally represents the targeted service window rather than an unconditional guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.

23. Scheduled Delivery

Customers may select an available future delivery date or time slot where offered.

We endeavour to fulfil orders within the selected delivery window, but exact delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside reasonable operational control.

24. Delivery Address

Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

This may include:

House or flat number
Building name
Street
Area
Landmark
City
State
PIN code
Recipient contact details

Bloomor is not responsible for delays caused solely by materially incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.

25. Recipient Contact Information

A valid recipient telephone number may be required to facilitate delivery.

Our delivery team or fulfilment partner may contact the recipient to:

Confirm location
Obtain directions
Confirm availability
Coordinate entry to a building or gated community
Complete delivery

Providing a recipient's contact details means that you are providing those details for the genuine purpose of completing the requested gift delivery.

26. Recipient Unavailable

If the recipient cannot be reached or is unavailable, the delivery partner may reasonably attempt to:

Contact the recipient
Contact the sender
Leave the order with an authorised person where appropriate
Arrange another attempt, where feasible

Redelivery may involve an additional charge depending on the circumstances, product and distance.

Perishable products may not always be suitable for redelivery after an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

27. Incorrect Delivery Information

If incorrect address or contact information is provided, contact Bloomor immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the information if fulfilment permits.

Changes may not be possible after an order has already been prepared, dispatched or handed over for delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a customer requests a material address change after dispatch.

28. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the selected schedule, delays can occur due to circumstances including:

Heavy traffic
Severe weather
Road restrictions
Vehicle breakdowns
Local events
Building-access restrictions
Recipient unavailability
Operational disruptions
Government restrictions
Force majeure events

We will take reasonable steps to minimise avoidable delays.

29. Delivery Confirmation

An order may be treated as delivered when it has been handed to:

The named recipient;
A person reasonably authorised to accept it at the delivery address;
Reception, security or concierge personnel where reasonably appropriate; or
Another person or location specifically authorised by the customer or recipient.

Delivery confirmation may include digital status updates or other reasonable proof of delivery.

30. Gift Messages

Customers may add gift messages where this option is available.

Bloomor may reproduce the message substantially as entered by the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names and wording before submitting an order.

31. Anonymous Gifts

You may request that your identity is not printed on a gift card where that option is available.

Bloomor may nevertheless retain sender and transaction information for payment, fraud prevention, customer service, security and legal purposes.

32. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation eligibility depends on the product and fulfilment stage.

Cancellation may not be available once:

Flowers have been arranged;
A cake has been prepared;
A personalised item has entered production;
An order has been dispatched;
A perishable item has been prepared specifically for the order.

Where cancellation remains possible, any refund will be processed according to the Return & Refund Policy.

33. Returns and Refunds

Because many Bloomor products are perishable, customised or occasion-sensitive, they may not be suitable for conventional returns.

Refunds, replacements or other remedies may be considered where appropriate in cases including:

Incorrect item delivered
Materially damaged product
Material defect
Material difference from the confirmed order
Non-delivery attributable to fulfilment failure

Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Bloomor' return, refund, delivery and grievance information should be read together with these Terms. India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules apply to goods and services sold through electronic networks and include requirements concerning consumer-facing disclosures and grievance mechanisms.

34. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

Customers should report a damaged, defective or incorrect product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs
Photographs of packaging
Other reasonable evidence necessary to investigate the issue

This helps us determine an appropriate resolution.

35. Perishable Products

Flowers, cakes, plants and certain food or gift products are perishable.

Product lifespan may be affected by:

Temperature
Handling
Storage
Watering
Environmental conditions
Recipient care

Customers and recipients should follow any applicable care or storage guidance supplied with the product.

36. Events and Additional Services

Where available, Bloomor may offer services such as:

Venue decoration
Event flowers
Catering coordination
Corporate gifting
Party add-ons
Event-related arrangements

The Bloomor website currently references event-related services alongside flowers, cakes and gifting.

Large, customised or event orders may be subject to a separate quotation, booking terms, deposit requirement, cancellation schedule or written agreement.

If separate written terms are agreed for such an order, those specific terms will apply to that order in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.

37. Subscriptions

Where subscription gifting services are offered, the applicable subscription page or checkout may specify:

Frequency
Subscription period
Price
Delivery schedule
Renewal terms
Cancellation conditions

Customers should review those specific terms before subscribing.

38. AI Gift Assistant

Bloomor may provide an AI-powered Gift Assistant or similar recommendation service. The website currently includes an AI Gift Assistant designed to help customers search by factors such as occasion, budget, recipient and delivery city.

AI-generated suggestions are recommendations only.

Customers should independently verify important details such as:

Product
Price
Recipient details
Delivery location
Delivery date
Personalisation

before completing an order.

39. User Reviews and Content

Customers may be permitted to post:

Reviews
Ratings
Photographs
Feedback
Testimonials

You should submit only lawful content for which you have appropriate rights.

Bloomor may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading, spam or otherwise inappropriate, subject to applicable law.

40. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Bloomor website and its original content, including:

Brand name

Website design

You must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
Interfere with website security;
Introduce malware or malicious code;

42. Third-Party Services

The website may interact with third-party providers including:

Payment gateways
Delivery providers
Messaging providers
Social-media platforms
Map services
Analytics providers

Independent third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Bloomor does not control independent third-party websites or services.

43. Third-Party Sellers and Vendors

Certain products may be provided or prepared by authorised independent vendors.

Where applicable, Bloomor may facilitate the transaction and coordinate fulfilment.

Relevant seller information may be provided in accordance with applicable requirements.

44. Fraud and Misuse

Bloomor may review or temporarily hold an order where there is a reasonable indication of:

Payment fraud
Stolen payment credentials
False identity information
Abuse of promotions
Suspicious purchasing patterns
Security threats

Additional verification may be requested before fulfilment.

45. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloomor will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law, including applicable consumer-protection rights.

46. Force Majeure

Bloomor will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, which may include:

Natural disasters

Epidemics
Government restrictions
Strikes
Civil disturbances
Transport shutdowns
Internet or infrastructure failures
Other comparable extraordinary events

Where practical, we will attempt to communicate material delays and provide a reasonable resolution.

47. Consumer Rights

These Terms should not be interpreted as removing any mandatory right available to a consumer under applicable Indian law.

The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 expressly encompasses transactions conducted through electronic means, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 establish obligations applicable to e-commerce activity in India.

48. Complaints and Grievance Redressal

If you experience an issue with a product, order, delivery, payment or service, please contact Bloomor customer support.

We will review the complaint and seek to provide an appropriate resolution according to applicable law and our policies.

India's e-commerce framework requires e-commerce entities to provide consumer-facing grievance information and mechanisms.

49. Changes to These Terms

Bloomor may update these Terms periodically to reflect:

Changes to services
New products
New delivery options
Operational changes
Technology changes
Changes in applicable laws or regulations

Updated Terms will be published on the website with a revised Last Updated date.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any jurisdiction provided by applicable law, disputes relating to Bloomor may be subject to the competent courts and authorities in India.

Nothing in this clause limits a consumer's right to approach a competent consumer commission or other statutory authority where permitted by law.

51. Severability

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

52. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and specific conditions referenced during checkout, constitute the applicable agreement regarding use of Bloomor and the relevant order, unless separate written terms have been agreed.
