Privacy notice — Bloomor (version 2026-10)

Who we are

Bloomor (B-57 Ground Floor, Paryavaran Complex, Saidulajab, Neb Sarai, New Delhi, South Delhi, Delhi, India – 110030) sells flowers, cakes and gifts online and delivers them. We are the "Data Fiduciary" for the personal data described here, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect and why
• Your name, mobile number and email — to create your account, sign you in and contact you about your orders.
• Delivery details you enter, including the recipient's name, phone and address — only to deliver the gift and contact the recipient about the delivery.
• Order and payment status (we do not store your card details; payments are handled by our payment partner) — to process, deliver, refund and account for orders as the law requires.
• Messages you write on gift cards — only to print the card for that order.
• Optional: marketing messages by WhatsApp, SMS, email or notifications — only if you have not turned them off (you can change this any time in the Privacy Center).
• Optional: our own anonymous website statistics — only if you allow "Analytics" in Cookie settings.

How long we keep it

Account data while your account is open; order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require; analytics data for up to 13 months; everything else is erased when it is no longer needed for the purpose above.

Who we share it with

Delivery partners and our own delivery staff (recipient details for delivery), payment partners (to take payment), and technology providers who host our systems — each only for these purposes. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

In the Privacy Center (bloomor.in/privacy-center) you can: get a summary of your data; correct or update it; erase your account; withdraw any consent (as easily as you gave it); nominate someone to act for you if you die or cannot act; and raise a grievance. We reply within 90 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Our services are for people aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order.
